Attend the Toastmasters International Convention, enjoy three organized sightseeing days, and discover the city at your own pace—with group coordination and cultural preparation from Smart Oasis Consulting.

THE EXPERIENCE
Experience Paris Together
Paris 2027 is more than attending a convention.
Our small group of approximately 15 adult Toastmasters members, family and friends will experience Paris together—with time to learn, explore, relax, and enjoy the city's extraordinary culture.

We'll arrive two days before the convention to settle in. Afterward, we'll enjoy three organized sightseeing days, with additional time for shopping, dining, relaxation, and independent exploration.

Before departure, Smart Oasis Consulting will host Zoom and in-person preparation sessions. In Paris, our organizer will coordinate scheduled group activities and provide routine French language assistance when needed.
THE ITINERARY
Our Paris 2027 Journey
AUGUST 15–17, 2027
Travel, Arrival & Orientation
Depart Philadelphia together on a proposed overnight flight on August 15. Arrive in Paris on August 16, settle into the hotel, and enjoy time to adjust before the convention.
AUGUST 18–21, 2027
Toastmasters International Convention
Attend the convention and connect with Toastmasters from around the world. Convention registration is arranged separately.​
​AUGUST 22–27, 2027
Sightseeing & Independent Exploration
Enjoy three organized sightseeing days featuring iconic Paris, Versailles, and Montmartre, with three additional days for independent adventures, shopping, dining, or relaxation.​​

Return to Philadelphia
Depart Paris together on our proposed group return flight to Philadelphia.
Proposed itinerary. Dates, flights, accommodation, sightseeing activities, and other arrangements are subject to confirmation.

Enjoy the artistic atmosphere, winding streets, and café culture of Montmartre.

Before departure, Smart Oasis Consulting will host Zoom and in-person preparation sessions to help our travelers get acquainted, understand the trip arrangements, and feel ready to explore Paris together.

Learn useful French phrases, local customs, etiquette, and the stories behind the places we plan to visit.
Travel Documents & Readiness
Review passport validity, applicable visa and entry requirements, travel insurance options, and important pre-departure information.
Technology & Staying Connected
Prepare your phone for international travel, learn about European power adapters and portable chargers, and review our group communication and check-in procedures.
Packing, Shopping & Practical Tips
Get packing guidance, including luggage scales and fold-up duffel bags, plus information about shopping, eligible French VAT refunds, and returning home with your purchases.
Our in-person gatherings will also be an opportunity to meet fellow travelers, ask questions, and receive a small Paris-themed welcome gift before our adventure begins!

Your Paris Experience & Investment
Our goal is to create a memorable, well-organized Paris experience while giving each traveler a clear understanding of the planned arrangements and associated costs.
Group Sightseeing
US$300-450
Target budget per traveler for one shared three-day sightseeing package, including touring.

Final destinations, transportation, admission fees, and other inclusions will depend on the selected tour operator's proposal.
Smart Oasis Coordination
US$300
Per traveler for trip planning, group coordination, Zoom and in-person preparation sessions, and scheduled on-site assistance in Paris, including routine French language support.
Other Travel Costs
Airfare from Philadelphia, hotel accommodation, convention registration, meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, and any activities outside the selected sightseeing package are budgeted separately.
Group flight and hotel options will be explored, with final prices confirmed before booking.
Preliminary combined budget: US$600–750 per traveler for the proposed sightseeing package and Smart Oasis coordination fee, excluding airfare, accommodation, convention registration, meals, and other separately budgeted expenses. Sightseeing prices are estimates, not confirmed quotes,and the final package price may differ from the target budget.
